I can rattle off a few.

Forwarding Issues on players behalf involving game play lamentations. While we're not balancing things per say we constantly bother CCP with things that are not balanced and ask them to fix it. COmmunity has been helpful in finding these things for forward and CCP Saberwing is getting better at trying to beat the CPM to the punch.

1.8 Follow up, (appox, 3 man hours so far, pending patch day)

PC Changes pointing out the issues [Ongoing ever since it was introduced Blame CPM Kain and CPM Nova Knife on these] (120 man hours, 2 Specific Meetings)

LP Railgun vs Proto Railgun DPS typo confirmation [yesterday] (15 man minutes, casual, pending further action)

Swarm Bug (thanks judge) [Late 1.7] (2 man minutes, casual, pending further action)

1.8 Suit balances Slot layout (42 man hours, one specific meeting)

TTK Aftermath (1 hours, casual, pending further action)

Railgun Dominance [Shortly after 1.7] (2 man minutes, casual,pending further action)

Full Respec [Since 1.5] (720 man hours, 0 Specific Meetings)

CPM Charter refinement (24 man hours)

Infantry's AV role life improvement (unfortunately not a weapon buff) [Since 1.7-(expected resolution 1.8)] (8 Man Hours, Impromptu asked in meeting x3)

TTK (I apologize for the AV nerf brought it up in a short chit chat for a followup) [Since 1.6] (52 man hours, 2 dedicated meetings, lots of small talk)

HAV pricing (I disagreed with this) [1.5-1.7] (2 man hours)

Event Refinement [ongoing] (appox 32 man hours per event, specific meetings when warranted)

Dev blog refinement [ongoing] (appox 16 man hours per blog if presented, averages longer if blog is a bad subject)

CCP - CPM - Community Triad Loop (ongoing issue) (ongoing Clocked over 1k+ manhours so far, 6 dedicated meetings ongoing)

White Papers (Beta-1.4) (40 man hours)

White Papers Publishing (1.3-1.7) (I stopped counting hours... its probably over 2k)

Community Management Report Reviews (Ongoing) So far CCP is community team is well in tune. (appox 16 man hours per report)

Early unbiased but reserved feedback on the The Next Thing(s) (Since Uprising 1.0)

Quick Pokes when server issues crop. (15 minutes)

Getting to the bottom of some complaints as people way things are broken but never explain how. (not recorded averages nearly 1-20 man hours per incident)

Yelling at CCP for Uprising 1.0 (1.1-1.3?) (was not recording hours back then)

List is on going I am sure if I poured over the previous meeting notes I've taken the list about 8x longer.

I also think it unfair to characterize them as 'eve vets' when this crew has been involved since very early closed beta. You can't actually have dust characters any older than that. 'Govern' interesting choice of word, but that doesn't really describe what the CPM is doing, or even attempting to do. True they weren't voted in, but so what. Hold no delusions about how videogame democracy works. ( madness mostly ). Communication can always be improved. Generally CCP is pretty amazingly open about what they are doing, much more so than most other game developers. Do not misunderstand this with the idea they work for you. You are correct. We are lucky to have what we have but we'll always want better. I say EVE vets because that was the criteria used to make them eligible when they were appointed. Also, I had no idea that the NDA was in place; the more I know now. I'm never going to stop supporting the game I'd just like to be heard and informed about how things are progressing.
